REFUNDS: We Create will allow for refunds in the event that the buyer reaches out within three calendar days (or in the event the purchase was made before the course has not begun, before the material is launched) to express:
- The purchase was not what they intended to make.
- The Purchase does not cover the subject they needed.
We will aslo consider refunds when the purchaser shows they are under particular financial hardship, this also needs to be expressed before the launch of the course or within three calendar days of purchasing the course.
As our courses are digital products, they are not subject to returns, so we do not offer refunds in situations where the user did not participate in the material or express the need for a refund after the material is made available for them to access.
